Hired to review, analyze, and ensure data quality loaded into database systems, as well as provide production job support from a quality perspective. Role demanded understanding of CoreLogic's business rules, data formats, metrics, and audit procedures.

·         Utilized SharePoint to contact tax collectors to perform validation of tax amounts due, including bill numbers, delinquent and lien amounts, and interest. Documented contact results.

·         Used AS400 system to obtain information about agencies (towns, cities, counties), including last day to pay taxes without interest or penalty. Also obtained tax amount due information; entered for reporting purposes.

·         Completed process for receiving tax files, submitting the file for processing through third-party partner organization.

·         Performed administrative tasks, including bill printing, matching, packaging, and mailing to customers (banks, mortgage companies, lending institutions, etc).

·         Imported data into Access database from various formats (i.e., Excel); converted to fixed width text and exported to a text file for entry into the AS400 system for reporting purposes.
